This design was inspired by the “dark sky” theme that many national parks are adopting throughout Canada and the USA. In this design, beads and metallic threads make up the constellations and seed stitches form the northern lights. This view of the night sky is approximate location when you look up to the stars at night in the Northern Hemisphere in the month of May. The beauty of the northern lights splash across the “dark sky”, planets and constellations sparkle and twinkle.
